Working with our in-house build team and network of property professionals, we undertake a variety of property projects

Project Tenterton
An ex rental property which required flexibility in the purchasing process. This 3 bed semi is to be transformed with a new layout giving a modern desirable vibe and increased usability for the firs time buyer market.

Project BRE
A dilapidated and under utilised 3 bedroom semi-detached property. We stripped this one back to brick, reconfigured and created an affordable family home for the local market.

Project Ludlow
A mid-terrace 2 bedroom property which had multiple leaking conservatories. We reconfigured the space, removing awkward chimney breasts and added a third bedroom.

Project HIllSIDE
A dated 2 bedroom period apartment with a short lease. The property was fully renovated and a lease extension negotiated.

Project Peartree
A former shop consisting of a two bed and one bed dilapidated apartment. The space was reconfigured and a new lease plan created. Both apartments were fully renovated creating two desirable homes to be put back into the local market.

Project WoodMIll
A former tired rental property. This was transformed with the addition of an extension and refurbishment throughout. Reusing the space to add value for the target market, this property achieved the highest sales price on the road (record still stands today!)

Project GLen
An end of terrace 2 bedroom probate property. The floorplan was reworked opening up the kitchen, adding a cloakroom and creating a third bedroom. When it went back on the market we achieved 25 viewings in one day!

Project Sedlescombe Maisonette
This development project entailed sub dividing a large unlicenced HMO and repurposing it as high end apartments. This apartment was a 3 bedroom maisonette which was developed to include original features as well as 3 bathrooms, a spacious entrance hall and a show stopping kitchen.

Project Sedlescombe Ground Floor Apartment
Part of the Sedlescombe developments encompassed a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment. We creatively used space to make a luxurious space with a generous private garden

Project Sedlescombe New Build
We utilised the extensive garden of this development to build a 2 bedroom coach house style property. Achieving planning upon first application in a conservation area, the new property was strategically designed to reduce impact and ensure planning approval. Although a complicated build, this became an airy and private residence to add to the local market

Project Sedlescombe Penthouse
On the top two floor of this development we created a 4 bedroom apartment with a private entrance. The property was created with 3 ensuite bedrooms and a master bathroom. Encompassing original features as well as walnut flooring and curbed handrails, this property became a large luxurious family home.

Project SRS New build
Within the extensive garden of a block of apartments, a strategic 3 stage planning play was implemented to build a new build 3 bedroom house. The plan was put in place by applying for access to the rear initially, then a small dwelling, which then later had the roof heightened to allow for a loft conversion once complete.
